- All lots are located first floor (Level E) of Block 13 at Ulster University Jordanstown Campus, Shore Road, Newtownabbey BT37 0QB.

- Access via the 'Main Entrance & Reception', parking in Car Park 3 and Car Park 4.

- No manual assistance or equipment available onsite i.e. must provide your own 'man-power'

- Purchasers are responsible for the collection and securing of all purchased items
