Registration opens 72Hrs before bidding starts. Bidding deposits are required and are refundable after the auction has taken place if no purchase is made. Any refunds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please be aware that refund time scales are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control.

We are not liable for any difference in transaction amounts due to exchange rates.

 

BUYERS PREMIUM: 20%

20% minimum of £3.00 per Lot

All Commission is plus VAT and is calculated per Lot

- All lots are located at 158 Castleroe Road, Coleraine BT51 3RW

- A forklift will be available onsite to load Lots purchased except site containers/accommodation and other specified Lots; purchasers must arrange collection and removal of these Lots themsleves

- Purchasers are responsible for the securing of all purchased items
