- Please be advised collection is strictly by appointment; you will be required to sign-in at reception and provide ID.

- All lots are located ground floor of Block 6 at Ulster University Jordanstown Campus, Shore Road, Newtownabbey BT37 0QB.

- Access via the 'Main Entrance & Reception', parking in Car Park 3 and Car Park 4.

- No manual assistance or equipment available onsite i.e. must provide your own 'man-power'

- Purchasers are responsible for the collection and securing of all purchased items
